The average answer is 6.7. According to the Perceived Quality of Life Scale, around two-thirds of teachers felt happy and in a good mood (65.8%), calm and peaceful (61.4%), and active and energetic (60.2%) at least half the time in recent weeks. More than half of the teachers also say their day has been filled with things that interest them (61.6%). Less than half report feeling fresh and rested (46.3%). Concerning the Psychological Distress Symptoms scale, around half of the teachers reported feeling nervous (50.4%), sad (48.4%), irritable, or in a bad mood (49.2%). Around half also reported difficulty falling asleep (45.6%). On the DASS - Depression, Anxiety, and Stress scale, around two-thirds of the teachers reported feeling agitated (66.8%), having difficulty relaxing (66.1%), overreacting to specific situations (65.9%), and feeling too susceptible or irritable (60.7%). Around half reported feelings of sadness or depression (51.1%). Just under half reported having difficulty calming down (46.2%). Around two-thirds of teachers believe school management supports maintaining an environment of innovation, sharing, participation and collaboration, dialogue and wellbeing, and cohesion or unity in the school. They also say that the management supports the establishment of a network of collaborations in the community (between 75.4% and 66.5%).
